Income protection cover is the most helpful insurance which might be used directly by the individual covered. This is the equivalent of accident protection cover in Poland. However Income Protection cover is a lot more comprehensive. It is not based on occurrence of specific conditions (eg. Fractures). A specific condition or illness doesn’t have to occur. It can be any reason, any condition making you unable to work and the GP will have to fill in a statement of fitness for work. The insurance company will pay a monthly benefit, eg. £1000 per month and so on until recovery./p>
